Stephen’s life long personal interest in all things "clean tech" and relevant sustainability and professional background are perfectly aligned in Wiser Capital's mission to efficiently deploy capital into an asset class of third-party financed commercial PV. Stephen holds a JD and an MSTHA (focused in sustainable energy commercialization) from Washington University in St. Louis. He did undergraduate work in international relations and economics at Boston University.

Since 2013 Megan Nicole has directed relationships with solar installers, host facilities, and solar investors, building lasting partnerships and facilitating solar energy opportunities. Megan is involved with solar projects from initial interest, through project analysis and the underwriting process, coordinating customer training, project modeling, stakeholder involvement, and agreement execution.

Prior to joining Wiser Capital, Megan Nicole began her finance career at Morgan Stanley, before shifting her focus to resource management during her time at the United Nations Environmental Program in Geneva, Switzerland. She received a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and Policy from University of California, Davis and a Master’s in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
